Introduction

Sea Life

With millions of different species of both plants and animals living in our oceans, life under the sea is both unique and interesting.
 Living so close to the coast, sea life has always intrigued me, and so I decided that I wanted to explore sea life as my theme this year.

 During the course of this project, I intend to explore the creatures of our coastline and portray the intricate details, vibrant colours and unusual shapes that they possess.
From shellfish to squid, I will use the unique qualities of sea life to delve into fine art, textiles and ceramics and further expand my skills in these techniques.
